Following a race morning QRIC track inspection, the annual Injune RC non-Tab race meeting scheduled for Saturday 5 June has been POSTPONED to Sunday 6 June.
QRIC Stewards had concerns with a section of the black soil track between the 1200m and 950m following rainfall during the week. Good drying conditions for the next 24 hours should see the track suitable for racing on Sunday.
All Saturday race day scratchings have been reinstated for the Sunday race meeting.
Race times for the postponed Sunday race meeting are the same as was previously scheduled with the first race commencing at 1.00pm.
A “phantom” betting meeting will be conducted on Saturday with full facilities available.
