Racing Queensland advises that tonight’s Albion Park greyhound meeting will be conducted as a catching pen meeting.
RQ, QRIC, and the Brisbane Greyhound Racing Club determined that conducting a Finish On Lure (FOL) meeting would not be appropriate due to the requirement for participants to wear face masks at the race meeting, and heightened social distancing awareness in line with recent Queensland Government advice following the Brisbane lockdown.
Due to 5th grade heats running tonight, the race meeting on Monday 12 July 2021 will also be conducted using the catching pen to keep the race conditions the same for the final.
