The Alpha Jockey Club non-TAB meeting on Sunday, March 27 (originally postponed from Saturday) has been abandoned due to the weather/state of the track.
The Alpha racecourse received 26mm of rain on Friday night followed by further rainfall overnight on Saturday making the track unsuitable for racing.
Due to the abandonment, three additional races have been added to the Barcoo ARC (Blackall) non-TAB meeting on Saturday, April 2.
