Gold Coast Turf Club race distance amendments

Racing Queensland advises of the following distance changes at the Gold Coast Turf Club for June 25, July 2 and July 16.

The below amendments are required for the following distances.

• 900m races will now be 1100m, and start on the course proper;
• 1100m will remain at 1100m, and start on the course proper;
• 1200m will remain at 1200m, and start on the course proper; and
• 1800m will now be 1700m.

Saturday, June 25

• Benchmark Handicap 68 was 900m, is now 1100m;
• Benchmark Handicap 65 was 1800m, is now 1700m;
• Maiden Handicap 1800m, is now 1700m; and
• 2YO Maiden Handicap 900m, is now 1100m.

• Class 2 Plate (Set Weights) was 1800m, is now 1700m;
• Maiden Handicap 900m, is now 1100m; and
• 3YO Maiden Handicap 1800m, is now 1700m.
