The Oak Park RC non-Tab double header race meetings on Friday/Saturday July 1 & 2 have been abandoned due to weather/state of the track.
Approximately 25mm of rainfall was recorded at the Oak Park track since midnight and with further falls forecast the track is unsuitable for racing following a QRIC track inspection.
However the club will stage phantom “betting” meetings on both Friday and Saturday at the racecourse, with all facilities available.
Due to the abandonment, additional races have been added to the Cairns JC TAB meeting on Tuesday July 12 -
