Racing Queenlsand advises participants that the Townsville greyhound race meeting on Saturday, July 16 has now been cancelled.
The cancellation will allow for rectification works planned for the venue grounds, following the recent annual Townsville show, to take place unimpeded.
The Townsville club conduct trials this afternoon, commencing at 4.30pm. The club will then next race on Tuesday, July 19.
Nominations for this meeting will close at 9.00am on Friday, July 15.
