The final four races of the Innisfail Turf Club non-TAB race meeting on Saturday, January 28 hav been abandoned due to weather/state of the track.
More than 50mm of rainfall has been recorded at the Pease Park racecourse over the past 2 days.
A heavy downpour during the running of the first event saw the track further deteriorate to be unsuitable for racing.
RQ will process the Race Meeting Abandonment policy for the remaining four races.
Due to the abandonment, additional races have been added to the Cairns Jockey Club TAB race meeting scheduled for Saturday, February 4. They are:
