Roma trainer Craig Smith travels with three starters to Dalby on Tuesday.
The veteran conditioner has three runners engaged at Dalby and rates Shotgun Sonny in the Benchmark 65 Handicap over 1100 metres as the pick of his trio.
But, Smith also expects a strong showing from Tell The World in the Ratings Band 0-58 Handicap over 1400 metres.
“Shotgun Sonny had a good draw and won well at Chinchilla last time but he’s got the opposite draw this time,” Smith said.
“He’s been racing well and is probably my best chance but Tell The World should run very well.
“He’s been running on dirt tracks and will appreciate getting back on a grass track.
“It takes Tell The World a couple of runs to find his best form and he needs 1400 metres."
