Racing Queensland advises that the race meeting which was originally scheduled for Mareeba on Saturday, February 24, and then transferred to Cairns Jockey Club, has been abandoned.
The track has been deemed unsuitable for racing due to recent rainfall.
As a result, an additional race has been added to the Cairns Jockey Club program on Friday, March 1. It is:
