Trainer Cynthia Elson is excited about the potential of Cyndie's Cyndie who has the right form lines going into Thursday night's fifth grade heat over 520 metres at Albion Park.

"I think she is a real up-and-comer from my kennel. I think she has a real future," Elson said.

A winner of seven races from 21 starts to date, Cyndie's Cyndie is coming off some excellent recent performances at Albion Park.

Three runs back on January 25 she finished third to Bear's Bullet and Cluster in a heat of the Gold Bullion.

Then at her most recent start last Thursday she ran second to the speedy former Townsville-trained chaser Plum Tuckered.

She was beaten 1.25 lengths in 29.74 seconds on that occasion.

"Cyndie's Cyndie certainly has some good recent form going into Thursday's race. The placings behind Plum Tuckered and Bear's Bullet, in particular, look great form for this race," Elson said.

Cyndie's Cyndie (by Dyna Double One) is from the third and final litter from Elson's great bitch Cyndie's Magic.

"Cyndie's Magic had three litters. She's now 10 years of age and enjoying life on the lounge here at home," Elson said.

Another of Cyndie's Magic's daughters is Magical Cyndie who shows no signs of slowing down and lines up for her 134th career start on Thursday over 520 metres.

Magical Cyndie (by Fernando Bale) has won 38 races and been placed 42 times from her 133 starts.

"She's been great for us and is still racing well so I don't think she's ready for retirement just yet," Elson said.

Gold Bullion place getters All Natural and Magistrate should provide the highlight of Thursday night's meeting when they clash again over 520 metres.

Magical Cyndie after a recent victory.

The Selena Zammit-trained All Natural was beaten in the very last stride by classy Victorian chaser Morton in the Group 1 $375,015 Gold Bullion over 520 metres at Albion Park on February 1.

In a deceptive finish, All Natural looked to have just lasted on the line but Morton arrived just in time to land the $250,000 winner's cheque.

The Greg Stella-trained Magistrate was 2.5 lengths away in third.

At his previous start Morton also produced a similar barnstorming finish to nail Magistrate right on the winning post in his Gold Bullion heat on January 25.

Meanwhile, former Townsville-trained chaser Plum Tuckered chases her eighth straight win when she tackles a fifth grade heat over 520 metres earlier on Thursday night's program.

Formerly trained by Danny Preh, Plum Tuckered's owners were keen for her to race on in Brisbane and she was transferred to trainer Tony Apap after she brilliantly won the Country Cup at Albion Park two runs back on February 1.

She opened her account for Apap at Albion Park last Thursday when she led throughout to win again.
