Racing Queensland advises that following continued significant rainfall in the area, the Sunshine Coast Turf Club race meeting programmed for this Sunday, March 24, has been abandoned.
In collaboration with the Australian Trainers Association, it was discussed whether the race meeting could be transferred to the venue’s Polytrack, however following a survey of trainers it was concluded that the meeting would not be viable if transferred with its existing program of races.
In order to still provide racing opportunity for participants, RQ has created a new SCTC Polytrack meeting.
