RACE 1 

FULL BROTHER (8) didn’t have the clearest passage late last start when making his run. Draws to get a soft run through early here. 

GLENLEA HANOVER (3) trialled up sharply recently behind Loyalist.

PLAYA BLANCA (2) dropped out last start after doing it tough. Battled on well her start prior when beaten for speed in the middle stages. 

FRANCO MACHO (1) his recent efforts haven’t quite been up to his best. Drawing as well as he can here he looks one of the major chances.

RACE 2 

FORGIVE ME (1) is a mare that generally proves very hard to catch when able to lead. She hasn’t been beaten far in recent efforts and looks a strong hope. 

PRESS STATEMENT (8) hasn’t been racing at his absolute best in recent outings, this does appear slightly easier. 

DANIEL BOOM (4) was a winner three runs ago when able to find the lead. Has struggled his last two in harder races. 

BEEF CITY BLAZE (9) hasn’t been beaten far in recent outings. Unsuited by the outside back row draw he may need speed on to be figuring at the finish.

RACE 3

FAVREAU (8) is racing better than his numerical form would suggest. 

KEAYANG TARA (3) took on stronger company last time out in a mares Band 5 race. This looks a drop back in grade. 

TRALEE MAXIE (4) is a horse that generally likes to get forward in his races and racing consistently in recent times. 

WANDARY DELIGHT (1) was competitive first up from a spell before not having much luck at a crucial stage last time out. If she can secure a soft trip she can be in the finish.

RACE 4 

COBBLER LANE (8) returned well from a spell last start when wide on the track at Marburg. He looks a good hope in this. 

CALL ME TRISH (9) failed to make much impression late last start in a suitable race when beating just one home from the breeze. She can bounce back. 

BEYONSKI (1) was well beaten last start racing at Marburg. That was her first run back in the Wright stable and she will appreciate drawing gate 1. 

WESTRAY (6) ran on strongly into third last start. Faced by the same draw in this race he can figure again.

RACE 5

VANITY BAY (1) eleven runs since his last placing he looks to get a perfect opportunity to find himself back in the money. 

TOMMY BLIGH (9) has found himself a long way back in recent races and has battled on well enough. This appears much easier. 

HIGHLY RESPECTED (2) found herself a long way back in a race they ran quick time and just never got into it. Draws a good gate in this. 

BALBOA SHANNON (5) forced to do the work last time out and was well beaten. This looks marginally easier.

RACE 6 

SAINT LOUIS BEAT (6) impressed two runs ago when putting a gap on his rivals late in the race. Could only manage fifth last start at Marburg when wide on the track. 

CHARLEVOIX (3) possesses good gate speed and draws a low gate. If he could find the pegs he may run an improved race. 

DOOLITTLE DAYS (8) found himself last in the run last time out and was only just making some late progress. 

TORQUE TO THE MAX (1) returns from a long spell in this race after a recent trial where she was well beaten.

SUGGESTED BET: SAINT LOUIS BEAT (6) to win. 

RACE 7

TAPTHEKEG (4) forced to do the work last start at Marburg where he dropped out to finish seventh. If he can find the fence in this race he appears hard to beat. 

JET FORCE (6) was wide on the track last start at Marburg when the speed went on. He gets no favours here drawing outside the front row but does appear to have a class edge on his rivals in this. 

MAJOR MISCHIEF (7) found himself outside the leader last time out and just tired late. Draws to get a softer run in this. 

COULD IT BE ME (8) was the first horse three wide last start at Marburg. Has the ability to figure. 

SELECTIONS: TAPTHEKEG (4), JET FORCE (6), MAJOR MISCHIEF (7), COULD IT BE ME (8)

SUGGESTED BET: JET FORCE (6) to win. 

RACE 8

TEACHERS PET (3) is a mare that loves to lead and draws a gate where she may get that opportunity. A few weeks between runs a potential slight query. 

SPELLMAKERS CHARM (7) failed to beat a runner home last start in a much stronger race. She will need luck from the awkward draw. 

ROCKNROLL MAX (5) zipped off the gate last start before taking a sit. He appeared to be travelling up sweetly in behind them with nowhere to go in the concluding stages. 

GOODTIME CRACKER (8) ran on strongly in a similar race two runs ago behind The Harris Hawk. A similar effort should see him hard to beat.

SUGGESTED BET: SPELLMAKERS CHARM (7) each way. 

RACE 9

MELODYS MISCHIEF (6) hit the line well last start wide on the track at Marburg in an effort that suggested she may be working towards some better form. 

THREE MACHS (7) made good ground late last start into third, which appears strong form for this race. 

CARIBBEAN ROCKET (8) had every chance last time out and was giving ground a long way from home into sixth. 

LEFT TO ROCKNROLL (5) was able to keep up most the way last time out which appears good form for this race. 

SELECTIONS: MELODYS MISCHIEF (6), THREE MACHS (7), CARIBBEAN ROCKET (8), LEFT TO ROCKNROLL (5) 

SUGGESTED BET: MELODYS MISCHIEF (6) to win. 

RACE 10

ROLLONX (3) second in a recent trial. He has the draw advantage on the main chances in this race. 

BEEF CITY STARZZZ (5) steps back in grade off recent efforts. He’s versatile and looks hard to beat. 

PROSPECTUS (6) made an error at the start last time out and finds herself out of the draw as a result. Appears well placed in this race. 

CONVAIR HUSTLER (7) ran second last start after leading up the three wide line at Marburg. Faced by an awkward draw in this race but is going well enough to take this race out of the gaps appear.
