Race 1: Tolga Hotel Open Handicap Handicap 1000 metres:
1st – ISADOR AMORE 2nd – CHEVAL ARGENTE 3rd – DAZZLE ON 4th – BO ROSSA

BO ROSSA – Was slowly away after jumping awkwardly.

DAZZLE ON – Was inclined to lay in for some distance after straightening. Jockey W D’Avila reported that the gelding was never comfortable in the soft track conditions.

Following the running of this event Stewards downgraded the track rating to a Soft 7.

Race 2: HP Custom Fabrication QTIS Ratings Band 0-50 Handicap 1000 metres:
1st – KISSER 2nd – HONEST FRIEND 3rd – GIVE ME TIME 4th – SILVER STAR

PUB THUG – Bumped with another runner on jumping.

SILVER STAR – Bumped with another runner on jumping.

MILLI VANILLI – Was slowly away after jumping awkwardly and bumping with another runner. Stewards acting under the provisions of AR137A fined Jockey K Stone the sum of $200.00 for using the whip on 9 occasions prior to the 100 metres.

I’M RURRBELLIOUS – Was bumped on jumping by another runner which began awkwardly. App. M Kai reported that the gelding was never comfortable in the soft track conditions.

FALSE ALARM – Shifted out abruptly on jumping.

Following the running of this event Stewards downgraded the track rating to a Heavy 8.


Race 3: HP Custom Racing Class 3 Plate 1200 metres:
1st – I’M MARIAH 2nd – TOXICITY 3rd – UNION JUKEBOX 4th – BLANCHARD BLOOM

ZOE BAY – Was reluctant to proceed to the barriers. Shifted out abruptly on jumping and bumped with another runner. Had to be restrained off heels near the 800 metres.

WORK OF WORDS – Was bumped by another runner which shifted out abruptly on jumping. Was inclined to race ungenerously and hang in for some distance passing the 900 metres placing App. E Cass at a severe disadvantage. App. Cass reported that the gelding was never comfortable in the soft track conditions and had got its tongue over the bit in running, causing it to race ungenerously. Trainer Mr. T Rowe advised that it is his intention to implement a gear change prior to the gelding racing again, in order to rectify its racing manners.

Race 4: Bushman’s Horse Floats Benchmark 60 Handicap 1800 metres:
1st – FILLE VILAINE 2nd – I AM BRUSE 3rd – HERE TO DASH 4th – BUSH VERSION

HERE TO DASH – Was slowly into stride.

BUSH VERSION – Raced in restricted room for a short distance passing the 800 metres.

PROUD WARRIOR - Was inclined to shift in when tiring near the 400 metres crowding another runner which was also tiring.

HE'S HARADA'S SON - Was commencing to tire near the 400 metres when crowded by another runner which was also tiring.
