1st – HEART OF STRENGTH 2nd – COURT ACTION 3rd – OVER THE CHOICE 4th – COLEY

ISTALENA – Slow to begin.

HEART OF STRENGTH – Bumped at the start.

OVER THE CHOICE – Bumped at the start.

EXCEEDED – Passing the 400 metres was bumped when racing tight to the inside of another runner.

COURT ACTION – Passing the 400 metres had to be steadied when racing tight to the inside of another runner.

COLEY – On return to scale Jockey J Felix reported that after joining the course proper near the 500 metres his mount was inclined to hang out.

PERDANERITE – Slipped behind on jumping.

WAR SHADOW – Knuckled badly on jumping.

Race 3: Mick Norman Memorial Benchmark 45 Handicap 1000 metres:
1st – ORCHESTRAL PRINCE 2nd – LAGUNA VISTA 3rd – WORDS AND PICTURES 4th – DANE SWEEPER

CHOMARU – Was a late withdrawal at 12.10pm when no rider was available.

MOLONGLE DAWN – Slow to begin.

CHAMPAGNE FLYER – Bumped at the start.

DANE SWEEPER – Bumped at the start.

Race 4: Hammer & Co Earthmoving Class 3 Plate 1200 metres:
1st – THE HANKINATOR 2nd – BORN TO FIRE 3rd – MIDNIGHT SONG 4th – AZUSA

OMEGA – Stewards accepted the explanation tendered by trainer Ms T Parry for the late declaration of Jockey G Watson.
