General - Jockey D Adam advised Stewards at 12.20pm that he was ill and would not be fulfilling his riding engagements at this meeting.  This necessitated the scratching of several runners as per Stewards Race Day Summary.
 
Race 1 – THE KNUTH FAMILY. GLENCOE MAIDEN PLATE 1000m
 
NITRO CITY – Very in the barrier and blundered on jumping.  Raced wide throughout.  Trainer advised a warning would be placed on the gelding’s barrier manners. 
 
SOME FAIRY SONG – Slowly into stride. 
 
STRADIDY - Slowly into stride.
 
SOME SUNNYDAY – Raced wide in the middle stages.
 
 
Race 2 - ELDERS RURAL & MD HUNTER EARTHMOVING BENCHMARK 50 HANDICAP 1400m
 
TRY BEFORE DUBAI – Slowly away. Raced wide throughout.
 
SYDNEY HARBOUR – Shifted outwards on jumping, inconveniencing the runner to its outside. 
 
SUNNY CHIEF - Tightened between runners on jumping.  Jockey F Edwards was cautioned in relation to his use of the whip prior to the 100m. 
 
ULTRA RED - Raced wide in the middle stages.
 
Prior to the declaration of correct weight App. E Bell who rode 2nd placegetter LOLLIPOP ROCKET requested to view the photo finish  image.  After doing so she was satisfied with the Judge’s placings and correct weight was declared.
 
Race 3 – QUEENSLAND RURAL & CURLEYS LIVESTOCK TRANSPORT CLASS B HANDICAP 1200m 
 
ZIZANGGA ZOU – Jumped sharply inwards at the start tightening another runner.
 
SCOTTABEE – Tightened for room on jumping. 
 
 
Jockey C. Jokic the rider of SHARP DIAMOND (NZ) was was cautioned in relation to her use of the whip prior to the 100m. 
 
Race 4 – KEVIN & KERRY HICKS & BARTOLINI FENCING BENCHMARK 65 HANDICAP 1200m
 
GOLD TORQUE – Slowly into stride. 
 
DON’T TELL PETE – Raced wide in the middle stages.
 
Race 5 – TJC BRACELET QTIS QTIS CLASS 3 PLATE 1000m
 
MISS ESTER – Fractious in the barrier. 
 
AZTEC WARRIOR - Raced wide throughout. Despite the efforts of its rider was inclined to lay in under pressure over the concluding stages, inconveniencing another runner.
 
ARCHIE’S SON – Was inconvenienced over the concluding stages by another runner which was inclined to lay in.
