Performed below market expectations. Apprentice M Kennedy reported that the filly showed unexpected gate speed and as a result settled further forward from the wide barrier. Apprentice Kennedy further added that when she placed GOLD JET under pressure, the filly failed to respond and she elected not to place her mount under any further pressure. A post-race veterinary examination revealed a poor post-race recovery.
