Slow to begin. Tailed the field throughout. A post-race veterinary examination revealed the mare to be sore in both forelegs. Trainer S. D’Avila was advised that she must furnish the results of x-rays and a veterinary clearance prior to the horse being permitted to race again. Ms D’Avila informed stewards that it was now her intention that the horse e retired from racing.
