Bumped by ACCESSORY near the 500m. A. Mallyon could offer no tangible explanation for the horse’s poor performance. A post-race veterinary examination did not reveal any significant findings. Stable representative Mr M. Eggleston advised that he was also disappointed with today’s performance, stating that the horse had worked well leading into today’s race. He indicated that he will have routine veterinary tests performed in coming days and report to stewards the outcome of such tests.
