Fractious in gates prior to start being effected and shortly after failed to muster any early speed and raced in a rearward position. Approaching the 1000m restrained to avoid the heels of MOSSFAIR, which was inconvenienced by SLIGHTLY SHADY and lost ground. Over the concluding stages failed to respond to riding and then when placed under pressure in the home straight failed to respond. Vetted - no significant findings.

Shortly after start when being ridden forward to obtain a position closer to the rail the saddle shifted back noticeably causing the mare to attempt to buck and in doing so shifted in tightening runners to its inside and eventually made heavy contact with the running rail for a short distance and lost ground. From that point was unable to be fully tested for the remainder of the event. As Stewards were of the opinion that the mare had attempted to buck because of the saddle shifting back they took no further action.
