Slow into stride. Rider stated settled in a rearward position as expected and approaching turn into the straight was following SPECTROSCOPE, which he expected to take him into the race. Added shortly after making turn into the straight came to the outside of SPECTROSCOPE and after placing SILVERA under pressure failed to sprint as expected however, continued to make ground over the final 200m. Further added in his opinion gelding may now be looking for further ground.
