Shifted out slightly after travelling a short distance and made contact with the hind quarters of CENTREFIRE, which was attempting to lead and shift in towards the rail, and soon afterwards SINGLE BLONDE had to ease to avoid the heels of CENTREFIRE. L. Cassidy, the rider of CENTREFIRE, was severely reprimanded and advised to show his fellow riders greater clearance when shifting ground in the future. R. Fradd reported that his mount was disappointing when it weakened under riding in the home straight.
