Approaching the 1600m, steadied and shifted out across heels after being tightened momentarily-continued to shift out making the turn at the 1600m. After the race, the gelding flipped over in the tie ups and underwent a vet exam, which revealed lameness in the off-hind leg. Tnr advised requires a vet clearance prior to resuming.

Rdr reported from the wide gate, had to make use of gelding to cross but then was unable to settle gelding in the early stages-said gelding then settled in the middle stages of the race but when asked for an effort approaching the home turn, did not respond and when placed under pressure in the straight laid out. A post-race vet exam revealed no abs.
