When questioned regarding the tactics adopted, Jockey J Mallyon advised that his instructions were to ride the filly back today from the wider barrier as Trainer Mr M Wilson stated that the filly has been racing on the speed and not finishing its races off. Jockey Mallyon further stated that after being ridden back in the field he elected to wait for runs as they presented themselves to ensure that the filly finished the race off. Trainer M Wilson will be interviewed regarding the tactics adopted.
