Began awkwardly, shifted in and bumped HENRYS AFFAIR. When questioned as to the seemingly improved performance, Trainer J Pritchard stated that the colt was first up from a spell and had trialled well leading into today’s event and as such she anticipated a forward showing. Ms Pritchard added that the colt was not suited by firm tracks towards the end of its 2 year old campaign. Her explanation was noted.
