Laid in rounding the home turn making contact with SPICERS PEAK. Passing the 300m continued to lay in across the heels of SEQUABLUR clipping that runners heels and blundered. A post-race veterinary examination revealed it to be lame in the near fore leg. Trainer L Kelly was advised that a veterinary clearance would be required prior to the geldings next race start.
