Rider questioned re riding specifically racing in a forward position and lack of vigour over final 100m - stated whilst not instructed to lead elected to allow mount to improve forward after racing in a wide position from its wide barrier and was of the opinion the gelding was not suited to this pattern of racing as it compounded in the home straight. Trainer advised Stewards gelding not suited to the pattern of racing today. Vetted - no abnormalities.
