Performance queried. Rider stated that his mount began well and settled in a forward position and approaching the 400m when racing greenly lost ground and began to lay in. In the home straight when improving the mare continued to lay in, contacting the rail passing the 200m and was then reluctant to improve to the inside of another runner. Rider lost the use of his off side rein over the concluding stages.
