Held up for clear running from the 300m and was awkwardly placed at heels for the remainder of the event and went to the line without being fully tested. Stewards questioned jockey R. Fradd in relation to his positioning of the filly in the home straight, which ultimately led to the horse being held up, as to whether he had an opportunity to improve to the inside of LOPE DE LADY when entering the home straight. Jockey Fradd indicated that he had given consideration to attempting to improve to the inside of that horse, however, there was not a full run afforded to him at this point between that

Jumped awkwardly, made heavy contact with the barrier partition and lost ground. Held up in the early stages of the home straight until leaving the 100m.

Jumped awkwardly, made contact with another runner and lost ground. N. Thomas was asked to comment on the tactics adopted on his mount as the horse was ridden at the tail of the field, which was in contrast to the horse’s most recent starts. He indicated that it had been his intention to race in a more forward position, however, after being fractious in the barriers and jumping very awkwardly he was obliged to settle at the tail of the field. Stewards accepted the explanation.
