Crowded for room between THE IRONS and LADY RINGO on jumping, and lost ground. Held up and restrained from the heels of BROCKY after passing the 400m. A post-race veterinary examination revealed that the gelding had bled from its off side nostril. Trainer T. Pascoe was advised that the gelding will be required to gallop 1000m in the presence of a Steward prior to racing again. Mr. Pascoe was further advised that the gelding will require an endoscopic examination, the results of which must be provided to Stewards.
