Correct weight was delayed to allow stewards to view the footage of the start to determine if the horse was afforded a fair start. Subsequently stewards were satisfied that the gelding had a fair start and correct weight was semaphored on the Judge’s placings. Stood flatfooted and missed the start by several lengths. Trainer B. Hudson was advised that a warning would be placed on the gelding regarding its barrier manners.
