Began very awkwardly and was hampered shortly after the start by another runner which shifted out. Stewards questioned Jockey in regard to the poor performance of the gelding which finished tailed off. Jockey stated that after beginning very awkwardly and suffering some interference shortly after the start, the gelding was reluctant to stretch out, despite her efforts, and was most disappointing.
