A post race veterinary examination failed to reveal any significant abnormalities. Stewards interviewed L. Dittman regarding the horse’s performance. He indicated that the horse travelled well until approaching the home turn when the horse commence to lost ground despite being ridden vigorously. Trainer later advised that filly had pulled up well after the event and a subsequent vet inspection had failed to reveal any abnormalities.
