Raced wide during the early stages. J. Byrne reported that he was somewhat disappointed with the horse’s performance and indicated that in his view the gelding does not run out a strong 1600m. He was also of the view that as the horse was backing up from a week ago, he felt that this also contributed to the performance. He advised that connections indicated they would consider sending the horse for a spell.
