Stewards asked jockey D. Browne to comment on the performance of the horse. He indicated that, in his opinion, the gelding isn’t suited to 1200m and was under pressure in the early stages. He stated his mount travelled well and was following the winner rounding the home turn, however when DON’T TELL MAMA sprinted quickly his horse was unable to quicken and finished the race off fairly.
