Tightened for room approaching the 800m, made contact with the running rail and became unbalanced. Had to be restrained from the heels of ULTIMATE REALITY near the 500m when that runner again shifted in slightly whilst racing ungenerously.

A post-race veterinary examination revealed a minor respiratory infection. Trainer C. Munce confirmed that the gelding would now be sent for a spell.
