Eased down in the home straight. A post-race veterinary examination revealed the mare to be lame in the off foreleg. Trainer K. Schweida advised that the mare would be sent for an immediate spell and before then a decision made on its future racing career. The horse will be required to officially barrier trial before being permitted to start again.
