Trainer M. Brosnan was fined $100 for failing to declare a rider for the gelding by the prescribed time. Was bumped on a number of occasions after passing the 600m and shifted wider. Raced 3 wide without cover.

Finished a distant last. Trainer N Hocking was advised that in light of today’s performance, the gelding would be restricted to non TAB venues until its form improved. Mr Hocking informed stewards the horse would now be retired from racing.
