Bumped by another runner on jumping away and lost ground as a result. When asked to comment on the performance of the filly, jockey M. Du Plessis indicated his mount did not travel comfortably at any stage in the rain affected conditions. Stable representative agreed with the comments of jockey Du Plessis in that the horse did not handle today’s track conditions, however also advised the horse’s current preparation would be reviewed with the owners. A post race veterinary examination failed to reveal any significant abnormalities.
