Jumped awkwardly. Had some difficulty securing clear running near the 350m and became unbalanced. Stewards asked jockey R. Wiggins to comment on the tactics adopted as the horse settled further back in the field than anticipated. Jockey Wiggins indicated that he had intended to settle in a more forward position, however, when caught wide in the early stages he elected to steady to obtain cover closer to the fence.
