Approaching the 300m improved to the inside of EDINGLASSIE FLYER and in doing so bumped WISHFILLY. As a result of this contact the filly became very unbalanced and shifted in despite the efforts of its rider, tightening the running of WISHFILLY.

Raced very wide throughout. A post race veterinary examination revealed the horse to be making an abnormal upper respiratory noise. Connections were advised that a veterinary clearance must be supplied for the horse prior to the horse’s next race start. Trainer S. Kendrick indicated the horse would now be sent for a spell.
