After being crossed in the early stages, commenced to race keenly. When questioned about her riding rounding the home turn, in particular as to how the favourite and eventual winner was able to obtain a run to her inside. Jockey said that, although she was aware that she had the favourite to her inside, her mount was already under pressure at that point and was inclined to lay out under riding, resulting in her shifting wider on the track. Jockey was advised to ride her mounts in a competitive manner at all times and not leave herself open to query.
