Forced wider on the track by another runner near the 800m. On returning to scale apprentice H. English reported that her mount proved disappointing today and never travelled strongly on the bit throughout the event. Trainer P. Sexton expressed disappointment in the performance and will now review the filly’s current preparation, which may include sending the horse for a spell. Mr Sexton also undertook to report to Stewards in coming days anything which comes to light which may have had an effect on the performance.
