When questioned regarding the horse’s disappointing performance, S. Bogenhuber advised that she was instructed to obtain a forward position as per the horse’s customary racing pattern. She added that as a result of these instructions and the wide barrier, she was forced to pressure the horse more than she had hoped. She further added that in her opinion this was the major contributing factor to the horse failing to run on when placed under pressure over the concluding stages. Trainer M.
