Anderson was advised that the gelding will require two further barrier certificates, including one in an official trial, prior to racing again.

As the gelding has not raced for over 12 months, it underwent a pre-race veterinary examination and as cleared to start. Slow to begin, and then shifted out abruptly and lost ground. Commenced to weaken after passing the 400m and finished a distant last. Apprentice A. Thompson advised that, in his opinion, the gelding may have resented the tongue tie.
