From wide barrier, restrained & shifted in to obtain position closer to rails. Held up behind tiring horse for short distance passing 400m. When quest, Rdr said told to go back from wide draw, work into race from 500m & to come down middle of track in home straight-stated that on straightening, had to first balance filly before applying pressure-added filly ran on well at end of the race. Rdr advised although lack of vigour early in straight & to a lesser extent over concluding stages, caused concern; actions didnt meet the requisite standard under Rules for matter to be taken further.
