Slow to begin. Rdr reported the mare did not feel comfortable in its action in front during the race and on pulling up. A post-race vet exam revealed the mare to be lame in the near fore leg. Vet cert required prior to racing again.

Began awkwardly. Raced wide without cover for the majority. Near 150m was bumped. A post-race vet exam revealed gelding have lost its off fore plate and a part of the hoof filling. It was noted the gelding was slightly tender in that leg.
