At a subsequent inquiry W D’Avila, rider of BARRYMORE, pleaded guilty to a charge of careless riding under AR131(a) in that when under riding he permitted BARRYMORE to shift in when insufficiently clear of IF YOU CAN DREAM which was taken in and across the rightful running of LITTLE JERRY which had to be checked.
