Bumped heavily at the start. Inquiry opened re interference sustained by TYRANNY and ALL PLUCK approaching the 900m where both horses had to be checked. After hearing evidence from all parties, stewards were of the view that after being initially tightened for room by PAR ANERI, MANIAS then shifted in away from that runner which resulted in both TRYANNY and ALL PLUCK having to be checked. Stewards could not attribute this incident to the carelessness of any one rider and took no direct action. Had to be restrained from heels and then hung in approaching
