Had to be checked near the 500m when it hung out towards the heels of COLOUR CHARGE. When questioned regarding the incident approaching the home turn, jockey R. Fradd stated his mount was inclined to hang out after leaving the 600m when racing in restricted room, resulting in him losing some ground. Stable representative Mr P. Shailer stated that the gelding raced ungenerously at its previous start and hung out, however he attributed that to the tight turning track at Ipswich, adding that the stable would continue on with its preparation.
