Raced three wide in the early stages of the event. When asked to comment on the performance rider K Wilson-Taylor reported from the wide barrier he was obliged to pressure the horse in the early stages to obtain a forward position and that this had a detrimental effect on overall performance of RISING PROPHET over the concluding stages. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no abnormalities.
